Well your a dumb puppy if you think 12k hid's have no affect on other motorist.. what r u on ur l's you nub?

can you relax? you sound like you need to release some tension there. i wasn't trying to start an argument, you talk abuse to me and so ill give it back. i don't take threats over the net too seriously, so dont worry ill try not to ruin your rep on OH ok e-thug. if you have nothing constructive to say in a pleasant matter, you know where to go.

yeh i realised after bringing them back from overseas. i've had them for about 4 years and not one single cop pulled me up on them so i didn't know they were as bad as they were.

i agree with the others anything above 8000k is over kill.... i have 8000k but yeah been on the car for years now its kinda faded to 6000k... perfect for night vision....

i don't think anything over 8000k would improve ur night vision it will just make it worse...

but correct me if i am wrong...

anyways good luck clearing ur defect....

& with the tyres issue... i had the same problem i put jazz tyres onto a lancer and yeah the 2 front one was nearly finsh so i went to the tyre place to get new tyres for the front and they told me i had to change all 4 because they arnt the correct width...

but thats rare when cops check ur tyres if they are correct size or not... never heard anyone getting defected for that but then again as others had said the main defect was ur HID kit

    Tension! lol
    -----

Anywayz i've seen some rather stupid HID's before, no lies they have blinded me and i've come so close to smashing into another car.
Yeah 12,000 abit to much, go for arpund 7000 if u wanna have HID still.
In my other car 01 Ford Laser, i run Phillips Crystal Vision Globes, it's a pure Bright White light, fantastic, 9x cheaper then HID's and still pretty good.
    Perfectly legal =)
    I don't know there K rating but i can tell u, i've never blinded sum1 with them
