For easily accessible parts just go XForce header, cat and cat-back

stock eg6 is quiet yes , but a 2.5inch system will give u better gains and be louder .. but also depends on ur muffler , if ur on a budget .. get a 2.5inch system with xforce twinloop muffler + mid muffler + resonator = WIN WIN

im runnung the same setup as i just stated ..

    2.5inch piping
Mid muffler (which is like a muffler in the middle reduces sound badly)
    Resonator
    and twinloop muffler

very very quiet on idle and crusing and nice on vtec!

    get it

I swear that's the first piece of advice I gave you...go XForce lol

But if you're staying NA and don't want too much noise I'd go 2-2.25" as 2.5" might be a little loud for you. I've got a CRX SiR and I use a 2" 5Zigen full exhaust system which was originally loud to me (I drive an EH for my daily car with stock exhaust...) but has since begun to feel a lot nicer on the ears
