indeed, the only 'mods' i can spot are the TE37s, the tow hook, visors and the smoked lights.. but it looks so MEAN

I think its the contrast of the photo that makes the tail lights look smoked, but correct me if im wrong

the model is 2002 2004 and the car is black price looking at around 500 witch is less than haft price its off my car.... so its used
