I rev match downshift at the same speed as I upshift because of the nature of my throttle which overruns when I lift off to downshift. Don't know how you can double clutch at that speed, especially if you have to add in 2 additional steps to double clutch.

Thats why I said most, if you can do it smoothly that fast
But what I notice is people rush then over rev the match because they put it in gear too early.

I can do it fairly fast tho, when the car is at low enough speed and rev (road and engine noise) you can hear the clutch pedal thump agaisnt the floor quiet fast.

but dude, just as fast as rev matching? wat are u? professional rally driver? lol. i double clutch wen i have the time to - by that i mean for street. but trying to do that while ur at the track going hard? if u can do that without getting tired and consistently do it faster as opposed to ppl who just rev match then props to u

I do it while spirited driving aswell as daily.
I can't even see myself regular rev matching anymore tbh, once you start double clutching it becomes a second nature.
Another thing is helps is when your syncros are ****ed, my brother owns a 400hp 180 so the syncros are generally going from hard shifting, double clutch down shifts (wah`la!) no more crunch.
