nar i meant i can't see what's in the trunk so a mate of mine installed a tube..

if ur gonna put an extra light (neon, led) in your boot, just wire up to ur trunk light. I did it a while back. From memory i got a terminal block. Soldered the wire onto the trunk light plate. Then attached additional lights to it. But i need to check again

yep use the existing trunk light, tim helpd me out and just detach the plastic bit and splice the pos/neg wires =]

Keep the bulb in the wedge. All you need is to touch some wires to the plate where the bulb sits. When i get a chance this weekend, ill take a pic

nah doing it to the plate is dodgy if u dont solder, i had that first time but i guess if u do solder its fine, but a hassle kinda - just splice into the wires leading into the clear plastic casing =]
