    aftermarket engine mounts

i have an 05 type S with busted mounts, im after innovative 60A's and i want to know where the best place to source them is from someone who has bought them. atm im looking towards ebay for about 400 bucks, i need them urgently as the car has gotton quite bad over the last couple of days.

i think im used to the poor response and knocking from the car as the mounts have gotton worse so im hoping the new stiffer ones will make it feel alive again!

With the AUD strong against the USD I would definitely be looking to get them direct from the US. 400 seems a fairly reasonable price.

ok ill look for a store that has descent shipping rates, clubrsx quoted 330 and 120usd for shipping oppossed to 50 on ebay.
it seems everyone rates the innovatives, do the mugen mounts compare?

Mugen are literally identical to OEM but with harder rubber so if you drive aggressively I am guessing they have the similar potential to fail. They will provide significantly less vibrations than Innovative though, and they will fit like OEM.

    I have Innovative 85a and I couldn't be happier.

have you modified your car? i went to honda for my last service and i have a gruppe m and coilovers and they said the car is still under extended warranty lol.

as ChargeR said the mugens are similar to oem and will probably fail again so i dont see the point in getting OEM mounts, hmm unless i get them changed and then sell them haha.

innovative 85A would shake your ass hard! is it necessary to change the front mount?, as the kit doesnt come with the front one...

I got my 60A Innovative's (for DC2) from a reputable seller on Ebay from the US.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of the Innovatives, you will feel more vibration but the difference in the feel of the car while driving is awesome.
