DC5R, Rattling?

Umm i don't know how to explain this but wheneva i hit bumps or sum thing like that, i can hear this massive shaking sound coming from the back of the cover, my spoiler is tight, its a tad loose but i don't think its that.

Common problem or is there an issue that i don't know?
I got my service at Honda coming up but if i tell them they will charge me a sh*t load to fix it.

1: Check all your interior panels to see if any are loose.
2: Do you have any aftermarket sound gear in the car (Subs, amps)? If so check these are tight.
3: The rear spoiler is meant to have a little bit of give... this is fine.
4: Check your rear number plate surround isn't loose. This can be tested by letting the car idle and standing behind the car. If it shakes on idle, it'll probably shake more while your driving the car.
5: If its none of the above, take a mechanic for a drive in the car, and get them to listen for it and see what they say. The DC5R has no sound deadening in it (Just has a couple of pieces of foam stuck to the underside of the carpet), so this might be normal road noise.

I've reversed into sum1 before about 3 months now, a slight NUDGE, but my rear bar fitment is now out, nothing major but its sitting out.
Do you fink it could be that?

Could very much so be due to that.

Might have only been a nudge, and might not be any damage on the outside, but there could be some damage under the rear bar (Not saying there is... but could be)

Well i know some clips r broken, can see it so yeah.
I might get a panel beater just to re-allign it all up cause f*k the sound gets annoyng

I have the same problem and it only started a week ago. Judging from the sound of it, its coming from the rear left hand side of the boot...not sure if its the spoiler or not but it does sound like metal vibrating back there. Does anyone has a fix to this or is it worth going to a panel beater or Honda?

There are some rubber grommets on the boot which you can twist and adjust. So when the boot closes its flush.

which rubber grommets are you referring to? the one on top of the tail lights? Do i just pull it to adjust?

Yes those are the ones, they have slits so when you rotate it comes out more. There should also be two rectangular rubber bits that are stuck to the boot, You can also try putting some foam/rubber in between these and the chassis body to confirm the noise goes away and stops rattling.
