it's feasible for a Honda motor to run reliability and within most tolerances at those kms, but it is very much dependant on how they are treated...

In terms of a rebuild, whilst i cant advise on cost, i'd probably be pretty sure it would be more than buying a second hand engine...

If you are going to keep the car (or the engine for that matter) for a reasonable period of time, then a rebuild will be worth it...
