its mostly for show. but it does have some practicality when going over speed bumps or driveways

    yeah that's what i thought.

ok so u wouldn't really drive around daily with airbags, mainly to like car shows or trying to get sum chicks? lol

i guess back to coilovers, what is the average price of coils? 2.3k?
    should i run, 225/35 tyres?

You can get plenty of fd coilovers for less than that price. But if u have that much to spend, better put it to use and get a good quality set.

225/35/19 or maybe 225/40 should be a good size tyre. U can try stretching some 215/35 or 215/40 tyres on them but I'd be too scared lol. Ekdez would probably tell u to go 205 wide Tyres, but he's crazy lol :P

    tbh.

if you havent rolled your lips or done any guard work, then go a 225/35 or a 215/35 =], all depends on how strong the side walls are.
40 profile is to big on a 19", i reckon. ask stig his 19" king. ive only ever owned 1 set of 19" for fd and they only lasted a few weeks.

here is a 225/40 on a 8" rim on the front

and here is a 225/40 on a 9" rim at the rear.

as you can see pretty tight already..

and your rim is going to be .5" wider and 1+" taller in rim and tire..
and if you intend to run a spacer, to accommodate for the higher offset, then your rim will poke out of the car more..
gonna be fun fitting them.. but its doable

    ^ wtf, rims galore... specs?

yeah liquid, run 225/35/19 all round and you should be fine, if you are planning to go coils, then you need something like 215/35/19 at the front or 205/35/19 even with at least a 10mm spacer (15mm recommended) and your front guards rolled.

i might be selling my tein ss mid/end next month for bags, just waiting next month for prices and see how it goes from there
