    Da9 b20 conversion

    ey guys i just brought a b20b8 out of a 2000 model honda crv to put in my 1990 da9 integra it currently it has a b18b out of a 97 gsi which let go a rod. just wondering wether i have to change anything like dissy etc does the gearbox bolt straight up.i no i have to use my b18b manifold as the crv one is huge and i plan on using the crv injectors any help would be great guys

    even if u dont have to i really recommend changing the engine mounts, just to be safe.. when u got vtec engine likes to punch itself around lol

    I think he means just a drop in swap, no VTEC.
    changing mounts is a good idea, particularly the rear. Also do things like water pump and timing belt etc. wiring should be pretty simple depending on how the B18B was put in

    Well swap your dizzy and intake manifold to the B20B8 and you should be fine. There might be a knocksensor on the B20B8 you will have to disable.

    It all depends on how the b18b was installed. Chances are, you're in luck since the b18b will already have the fan switch, thermo housing and other bits already modified from the B18A. It will most likely be a straight swap. If it's still running the stock ecu, you wont be able to use the b20 injectors.

    A few bolts and the "bitch pin". With the correct size punch it's a breeze.
