Best place to do engine conversion in SA?

hi everyone~ recently i just thinking where is the best place to do the engine conversion~ carby to EFI and it is form D15B4 to B16A1/2,

i dun think much shop well-know about honda, becase nowaday is hard to get a Red efi EG in SA~so i perfered to upgrade mine to EFI~

do anyone know how much roughly it cost in total and where is the best place to ask about in SA? cheez~
