depends on how low you go. and how high you set the damper.

but yes.. if you swap to coils and leave at stock height then you will have more room.

your 18x8+48 rim will not clear the coil if you decide to get coils

damn... okay there goes that plan.. so 18x8 +35 or 18x7.5 +45, will the second fitment still clear my coils? im not that fond of having to wait 3 months to order in the +35 fitment =[

if i was you i would go the 18x8+35 fitment

i had 18x7.5+42 with 225/40/18 and it just cleared my coils... too close for my liking

markcivicvti has got some rays 18x7.5 +35 and is sitting on stock height. its fine for carrying 2 people in the front, but once u start getting an adult in the back it starts to scrub. add another person in the back and ever crest, dip and corner becomes a scrubfest.

he must have the wrong tires.

    a 18x8 +(35~40) is probably the safest fit running a 215/40 r18.

and if you are realy having that much problems with the rear outter clearance get them rolled.. its like $50 to get the liped.

if ur on coils it could be stiffer than stock sussy anyway right? so having more weight in the back wouldnt be as big a problem?

i think im gonna get coils first and stay on my fd2 rims.. then keep looking round for rimsss lol
