    it can be, i've done it to mine, the mesh just sits about 15 - 20mm further forward so it looks less CTR-ish but still looks waaaay beter than stock.

    here they are with pics, cutting off the centre honda plastic, sanding down and fitting the mesh between the 2 parts. i found another way to keep it steady without using glue or screws aswell, the final product very happy with it will upload a pic on the car when my new rims come in tomorrow

    oh my god, i was going to DIY a ek9 style mesh grill from my grill.
    But i realize the grill is the whole one piece (not separated) so i can't cut the "H" off. (prefacelift) 96
    any advice??
