Spoon progressives approx $500
Type R (ITR) shocks (2nd hand) $150-250ish, or get Koni Yellows or Bilsteins

To fit ITR shocks you need to fit ITR rear lower control arms $250ish

I also have 24mm ITR front sway bar, 23mm JDM ITR 98 spec rear sway bar (which requires a rear subframe reinforcement such as Beaks os ASR)

I purchased springs from JDM Concept, and the rest from JDM Yard.

Thats already blown out of my budget. id like to spend around the 600ish mark or there abouts. im not gonna track my car. just want it lowered but still be able to zip around nice and quick.

any ideas without going over board? I dont have the fund to do everything right now.

If you can avoid ITR shocks then you don't need the control arms either, so maybe Koni shocks for VTi-R with ITR springs fitted, but these are only slightly lower at the front than your stock springs.

Could always go only Kings springs and live with it too I guess.

hmm, i think i might give the suspension upgrade a wait til i save up a little more money.

Seeing as your setup only cost around the $1000 mark approx. id rather do it right the first time.

Quick question, my stock dc2 is soon to be lowered on king spring lows and im looking at getting some wheels too. Ive found a set that are 17x7 4x100 +42.

Im just wondering if these will fit fine?

King springs are good enough for what i want, im only after a small drop and i cant afford coilovers and what not.

i've had mine for over 1.5 years without problems...i have been through a couple natio runs with quite a bit of speed and i do spirited driving regularly...
so what do you want to tell me? that i will crash and die next week?
