94 Accord: Indicators on ut not flashing. Help?

I have a 94 Accord VTI, last night my indicators were working perfectly but this morning when driving they remain on (when I indicate left/right) but do not flash intermittently. The same goes for the hazard lights.

What is wrong?

Now they work..

So would I be a rocket scientist in thinking that there is a dodgy connection somewhere? Where should I be looking?
