the nights finnally come n gone with some not so bad news and bad news lol

best time of the night was a 14.77 @ 152.3km/h with a bad launch.

my launches were all over the shop all night simply because at the track its totaly different to the street water + VHT + street tyres = wheel spin. but not only wheel spin if i didnt launch it hard enuff the revs would just drop down n take for ever to get back into vtec which was the other problem. i was test launching all night between 6 and 7k to find the sweet spot at the track, enythin less would result in the car not taking off in vtec

my tyres on the rear are toyo teo 225/50R16 and i was running 24psi in them

i do how ever belive under 14.5 is possible my best 60' was 2.348sec for ever .1 off ur 60' = between .1 - .3 off ur ET because the top end is there. example my mate raced his Mazda 6 MPS AWD with a boost controler exhuast droped at the diff and half the interior missing he only managed 14.55 @ 152.5km/h

ITS ALL IN THE LUNCH (and your shift point) lol oh and the bad news is my gear box is now noisy when in nutural or out of gear. it was crunching 3rd all night too

i just put the car up on the hoist today at work and its actually the diff $1800 - $2200 to rebuild it

If it's only the gear that's damaged you might be able to get away with a cheaper fix
No point getting the quaife if your only driving on the streets.

Hassan has a diff for sale atm. $750 + requires new LSD. The Crown & Pinion / collar are fine.

Lol seems like a waste but, if I had FI I would definatly hit the 1/4, great way to mesure how quick your car is dyno numbers means shit too me. Make the most of it bro, you spent so much on it, posting pictures gets boring lets see some times. I guess I've been wayy too lucky with my diff then I suppose lol.

I was actually hoping to hit the strip and the track sometime soon, got the clutch and part of the diff here for it, along with better cooling upgrades... but now the ecu has shit itself. It seems like I hardly ever get to drive the damn thing anymore....

haha you don't need anything for track man, just go and enjoy. The more mods you have the more faster your expected to go :P. But that really sucks man time to upgrade ecu's
