Depending on brand a new flywheel could cost anywhere from $400 - $800 or you could machine your stock fly wheel which could cost 200$ or so for machine costs.
Labor to remove your gearbox would be around 4 – 5 hours labor typical most ppl charge around 70-95$ a hour.
Then add on the cost of new fluid for your gear box, (its out so why not replace it $60) and I also would replace the flywheel bolts (I hate reusing any bolt, but that’s my personal thought…bolts are so cheap so why not.) these are 21$ each from Honda and I believe there are 8 holding the flywheel onto the crank. As for your excedy clutch you already have that’s perfect no need to touch or change that unless your not happy with how the peddle feels or how its working.
21 bucks each holy smack me dead.. its almost 200 bucks for 8 blardy bolts..^_^ well anyway i say cluch flywheel is good to get noticable gains on your car.
"Tony Stark was able to build this in a cave! With a box of scraps!"
Wayne: Funny.. Mugsees car is also built in a cave with a bunch of scraps, also its red and gold.. interesting......
final drive + flywheel.. would be my words of advice
and as mentioned earlier, gains are to be had with an ecu, it really doesnt matter if its power fc, pro ecu, hondata, etc... but it would do you the world of good to do some research and speak to people in the know as to what your goals are with your car and the type of ecu which will help you achieve your goals, it will work out cheaper in the end
