NO b16 will not fit on b18, but b18 will fit on b16.

THe b18 block is slightly taller and the header hits at the bottom due to this

But most after market B-series headers will fit both B16 and B18, but not stock B16's onto the B18. B18 onto the B16 is okay though, yeah?

I believe the inlet tube diameter is also different between B16A and B18C (especially type R). both OEM and quality aftermarket headers.
