Installed LOC whining noise from head deck

Hey guys just installed a line out convertor in my CL9 Euro and wired it an an amp. Im getting a frequency whining noise and as i accelerate it gets louder. If I turn off the head deck it stops. (standard head deck). Any ideas already tried grounding the rca's but didn't work.
    thanks

    your amp isn't grounded properly.
look up alternator whine. that should be your problem.
find a proper ground and it will be fixed.

and see what happens. that way you can isolate where the problem is in the system and fix it.

Your LOC could be making the noise. Try Stinger or other top brands. They seem to always do the job for me.
