Lol isn't that oem bumper? Btw guys need suggestion, what you guys think of j's ecu, since I'm got 60rs and maybe going to get j's headers.. Good worth $1000?? Or am I better off with kpro and tune.. Spending 2k?

It's the Mugen bumper. You're thinking of the Mugen lip.
That's the stock bumper with mugen radiator duct. Did mugen do headlights too?
