i have Fujita which is very similar to the Injen and we didn't need to drill anything like the DC5 but we still need to cut some plastic which i sealed up with duct tape.

if u dun want to cut and drill, keep the Mugen cos u still need to cut and drill while fitting the Gruppe M.

if you want to improve your intake, maybe get a mugen grill as it has a hole for intake.

one more thing, do you guys bring a bottle of octane booster with you on country drives?
I normally found there are a lack of 98ron bowser on country side servos. Have any of you fueled up with 95ron before? Or are you bunch of city slickers and never venture out?

i found these semi slicks, they are 225/45/17 and some of my friends say that they will hit the guards alot, only 40 will fit for 225 wide tyres. can someone help? im confused cause im running 215/45/17 and i dont know whats the difference. these are for stockies too..

225/45/17 on stockies if not lowered should be fine.

225 refers the width of the tyre. it has increased by 10mm from 215. there are still plenty of room on stock wheel but the tyres will be ballooned slightly.

also your friend is not correct regarding 225 would fit on 40 and not 45. 40 is the aspect ratio being the height of the side wall. 225/45 will have a taller side wall than a 225/40 which means the overall diameter will be bigger and your speedo will run slightly faster. obviously 225/45 will scrub slightly earlier than 225/40 but without trying both, it will hard to tell. however if 225/40 srubs then 225/45 will definitely scrub.

i also assume u don't have any spacers.

Been playing with cars for over 15 years and never have seen hydrolock from a cai! Too many people use that as an excuse!
