Does anyone know a good place or business to get a REAL GOOD paint job from Cause I've seen some horrid paint jobs and I don't want that to happen to my car.

From my experience, you pay for what you get. Goto more experienced painters, with a reputable name. That always seems to do the job, but it will cost youuuu! Or you can get a friends friends cousin. Depends on your budget
