Hi I bought an 92 SI prelude a couple of months back and have had problems starting it on 3 maybe 4 occasions.
I turn the key wait for the check engine lights to turn off before cranking it over but it seems to start then quickly dies and then it wont start.
If I turn it off and leave the car alone for a few minutes then crank it over it starts fine.
Its almost like flooding a carbie but I didnt think you could flood fuel injectored motors and I dont pump the throttle anyways.
Was going to just replace plugs n leads and try an injector cleaner additive but was wondering if there may be any deeper problems like the main relay or somthing else that may cause this.
Ps. I plan to have this lude for as long as possible (I love their look) and decided to join ozhonda so any help is much appreciated Cheers
