ive heard you can pull most of the vac lines off. there are a few you will need tho. Best option is to go some webers or dellortos or something and get rid of the ecu/vac lines all together... run a manual choke look at this thread... best thing since sliced bread for carb powered hondas http://www.d-series.org/forums/engin...ies-carbs.html
