But if you are after that knowledge, these are only a short list of the oils that are better than FEO in protecting your engine: Castrol Edge 5w-30, Edge 0w-40, Mobil 1 10w-30, Motul xcess 5w-40, Motul 300V 10w-30, Elf Exellium 10w-30, Excellium 5w-40, and the list goes on.
