dont think the law had anythin to do with exposed pods, more pods in general as they change the fuel mixture and air, causing more pollutants in the air and the EPA gets upset
i believe the exposed poddy just got mixed in as, if the cop cant see it less likely to get caught
however as i said before according to the EPA website, pod filters are allowed on EFI vehicle not carby however.
but if u have a modified intercooler u cannot have a pod filter



but if you still really want the b20 what you can do is keep saving...and then a month before you get off your p's, take the car off the road and get it done ready when you get off your p's
