Spec B, C, C2 & D share same low cam of 250deg @ 11.0mm valve lift & the low cam LCA remains the same also at 105deg.
When installed correctly the idle is smooth with large gains in low end / mid range power/torque from just above idle.
For a std bottom end B18C7, you'd be better off using the spec B camshafts & retaining your PR3 head & std intake manifold.
The P72 can be made to work & work really well, but chances are you, or someone else has already stuffed it up & you'll go backwards.
FWIW, the P72 cannot be spec-ed to Type R because it's P72. You need a PR3 for that, which you should already have.
Fit the cams & springs to your existing R head & put it back together. It will work better & you get t keep the R intake etc
The thin head gasket is also a bad idea
