Modified my stock air box and the car threw a CEL! lol so gay! I disconnected the -ve terminal beforehand as well and let the car adapt afterwards.

I doubt that my Fujita intake is gonna work then...

Why do our cars have to be so sensitive

howd u modify it ? u probably moved the MAF sensor, which has to be like in the EXACT same spot/distance/length etc as stock (fd2 engine is really sensitive). ur fujita intake should work if since its properly designed, im guessing the k20z3 will have similar intake specs to k20z2... hopefully for you lol

I just kept my stock intake box and run a pipe to the front bumper for cold air.

All I did was cut out the lower portion of the airbox to reveal the panel filter (put in a K&N high flow) sounds amazing but the damn CEL! didn't touch the sensor. Maybe it's the increase in air flow >_>

Well now that I've already started modifying the stock air box I'm gonna try a different approach:

cut off the top part just after the MAF sensor and attach a pod.

See if it gives a better induction noise and hopefully remove the CEL (by some miracle)!

    What intake are you running?
