Hi guys, has anyone converted an auto DA9 to a manual?
my da got sammiched on tuesday in a four car pileathon . not at all my fault. pretty definite it's a writeoff. I was wondering, I found a cheap da in auto (I want a 92 one so they're a bit rarer). if I buy that and the wreck back. how hard is it to convert over to manual? what's involved?

depends how much knowledge u have, its not terribly hard, just need right tools
u might have troubles with the ecu, as ur manual ecu is from a obd0
and the new car is a auto obd1
so ur wiring and stuff will be off

I'm pretty sure both being 92-93 da9's they would both be obd1.

You don't need to block the holes, just leave them.
