dc2r vibration noise coming from right rear ??

    hey guys

i took my spare tyre out and the jack n all the other crap for the drags and i went for a drive and noticed a vibrating noise coming from the back.. so i figured it must coz i took the spare tyre out.

then on monday night i put it back in and i have relised the noise is still there wen i take off or when the car is rolling at lowish RPM (1300-1500) and at low speeds (around 15kp/h)

    any ideas guys ?

Rear plastics may be loose, in general DC2's give creaks from the back as they age. Another thing that is most common is the rear bumper on any DC2, it has very weak stepup points that hold the rear bumper on, which is why you may notice the right side creats a gap.. as time goes on.. the gap drops more and more.. till your exhaust vibrates against it..

thats what i thought i want underneath too see if my exhaust had come off one off the rubber hinges buh nothing.. my rear bumper doesnt really sag at all right now. feels like i can hear it from around where the rear speaker stays.

im hving a similar question but not a dc2r. just a normal dc2. the noise is sort of "squizing" noise tat seriously annoying from rear when driving but sometimes it doesnt. wonder if it was the rear wiper?
