Ben,
I still have half a tank left after today, so far I have done about 350kms. This has been a mixture of city driving, along with Freeway Driving (with a bit of vtec of course).
On a good round I usually get between 550 - 650kms per tank.

thanks for those thoughts....more or less like any other civic then. That is , the more you thrash it the worse the economy
Anyways , seen a couple sofar. How are people going about using the ep3 for trackwork - how are the engines / transmission taking occasional or more use ?

You need to get you car checked out...have you worked out the average?? Because sometimes the fuel gauge isn't a good indication as it may differ 5-10 litres between cars...!
May car is moded with a little more than I/H/E and Im still getting 9-10lt/100. Better when travelling on free/highway!

even with some heavy driving, that has got to be the sign of something not running right
my car is running a fujita cold air, and a cat back exhaust - and with only city driving i average 450, and around 500 when i put in my new clutch (being extra cautious)
you guys should really try driving soft for a tank, just to check. it will help you in the long run to avoid costly problems, and when the time comes - to sell on!

would driving short distances be the reason? since i just drive to my workplace which is less than 10 mins and it be 10 to get back everyday, spirited driving probably once a week or 2. as for mods only thing is a gruppe m.

John, you should be getting more km's from your tank. Might be worth getting it checked out.

just got a few quotes around , Justcars seems to be one of the better priced deals. Around $1100-1200 with excess adjusted accordingly ( dont mind paying $1500 or so excess if its getting a pay out for theft or write off )
any other alternative sources that you lot recommend ?
