Most common you'll find here are JDM B16A (cable gbox), B16A2 (hydro gbox), B18C2, B18C7 or JDM B18C. All those B18's are hydro gbox.
What is your budget?
What car do you want to put the engine into?
B16A/B18C2 can be done for like $3,500-4,000 +/-
B18C7 or JDM B18C can be done for like $6,500-7,500 +/-
B18's are more powerful. C7 and JDM B18C have better GBox gear ratios but most of these engines have good GBox's.
See HERE for better detail.
Enjoy!

ohh man what a thread LOL.. sounds liek you need to do a LOT of learning before you do anything !! and perhaps a search
what is your budget ? cause THAT answer's this question for you..
out of the motor's listed above, IMO these are the 'best' options for swapping into an EG chassis:
1. JDM "B18C" (Type R) 98 Spec ~200PS ? around $6,000 (plus Labour)
2. JDM "B18C" (Type R) 96 spec ~190PS around $5,000 (plus labour)
3. AUS "B18C7" (Type R) ~190PS around $5,000 (plus Labour)
4. JDM B16A (2nd Gen) 92-95 spec ~170PS around $2,500 (plus Labour)
5. JDM B18C (SiR-G) 93-99 spec ~180PS around $4,000 (plus Labour)
6. AUS B18C2 (VTiR) 93-98 spec ~170PS around $3,000 (plus Labour)
7. AUS B16A2/3 (EK4 or Del Sol) ~160PS around $2500 )plus Labour)
8. AUS B18B (GSi) 93-99spec ~170PS ? cheap cheap cheap but NO VTEC (under-rated motor that can be easilly transformed by the addition of a B16 head)
9. AUS B20B/Z (CRV) ~165 PS ? but LOADS of torque.. NO VTEC (base for B20VTEC) add in a short ratio Type R or Civic Gearbox..
and FYI JDM B16A (Gen1) and B18A's are CABLE not HYDRO boxes.. and too old to swap into your chosen chassis and remain legal - the motor being swapped in must be at least the same year as the chassis or younger !!

You clearly didn't read the web page that I posted up for you, which has details on all of the engines you're inquiring about. Nor did you tell us what your budget is.
If you want B18 and can afford any budget then get a B18C (JDM DC2R) or B18C7 (AUDM DC2R).
If you're doing a frank get a B16A head and a B20 bottom. Probably same money as B18C conversion, but requires less $ for parts but more $ for labour.

well said. you have to set yourself a budget before you start thinking about conversions. money is the minds motivation!

if your gunna get the b16a my advice would be to wait and save a little longer and buy the b18c7 there is a big difference and its worth the extra money i have a b16a in my civic and although its fun you get over the power very quickly and you will end up spending so much money on mods you could have gotten the b18c7 and as meatball's sig says Do it once, Do it right!!!!

the problem with the b20v is that its very unrelyable, i was thinking about doing it untill i spoke to DrHonda who told me quite basically its a matter of when the engine goes not if, the block and head of the b20v dont match up exactly and this causes alot of problems, he told me to have a relyable b20v you would need to get a b18 bottom and bore it to a 2L, then it would be classified as relyable because the heads match up exactly

OR if you want more power then the b16a and dont want to spend THAT much for a b18c7/b18cr then. go b18c2, cheaper and its kinda between the b16a and b18cr/7
