    AUTO EF accelerating problem

    Hi Guys,

My JDM EF3 civic 91 is running kinda weird. Car runs and idols fine only until when you are turning or slowing down and you try to accelerate, the car will rev to 4k rpm but car doesn't move (feels like gear is in neutral) and rev will drop. Car is Auto, has little leak below transmission (if that affects anything), no engine check light.

other problem is my aircon and defroster only works when it wants too. Aircon runs cold sometimes and dash needs to be hit near the defroster button to work. I have not done any basic checks at all. Need help where to start?

    Thanks

it should be a dipstick located somewhere on the transmission, usually towards the front of the car.

Automatic transmissions slip when their fluid is low, and considering yours is leaking...
