haha, i owned a 06 CL9 before i bought the 2010 CU2, and in my opinion, IT IS SO MUCH MORE WORTH IT MODDING A CU2, only because it's so rare to see a modded CU2 in melbourne.

motivates you to mod the shit out of it before anyone else does LOL.

that's the link to his diy, he makes it sound so easssy! It was a learning curve for me as my oven was too small and I was hesistan having my $35000+ cars headlights in the oven! What it actually does is melt the sealnt around the headlight housing so you can seperatr the two parts. The tough par is seperating it without:
    1. Messing the shape of the headlight casing
    2. Getting hot melted sealant all over the kitchen, headlights, and yourself
    3. Burning yourself
    4. Snapping the glass on the headlight casing
ok that DIY method is freaken crazy...
    1. HUGE RISK your taking with $35000 headlights
    2. Did you burn yourself LOL?
    3. Was it really worth it?

and true, that guy really did make it look easy..damn americans, they have too much time on their hands.

Not sure how much they're worth. I've got a standard Euro and am keen to get the Luxury rims. If you decide to sell please let me know.

Looks pretty darn good! I would like to know how much to get it painted too (and where since you're in Bris )!! I was thinking of getting the kit too but not sure if I should ask the guy to paint it or find another person to. Still waiting for the guy to let me know when the FD2 kit is in so I can go have a look at the Type S lip myself! Did you pay $900 through BodyKitKingdom for the lot?
