Seems like your thermostat is stuck open. You'll probably notice the temperature going up in a slow city driving or waiting in traffic light, and drop below the minimun point when in freeway driving. It is a relatively easy job to change it if you know how to get to the part, it requires taking off some other parts above to access it.
You can get the part in Repco, just tell them the year of your accord or engine model they'll find it for you, i reckon it is around $30 for a aftermarket one, if perform by a mechanic i would say under $60-$100
You should get it fixed asap as too much coolant run into your engine means your engine will never reach the optium operate temperature=bad for your engine
