hey guys.
just in my garage at the moment... and i'm trying to remove my front bumper to install my hids at the moment but its really pissing me off lol.
I basically followed this guide http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/light...t-removal.html
except i couldn't find the 10mm bolts he removed at the corner of the bumpers.
I've got the corners popped out. except the bumper area underneath the headlights are kinda stuck.
help?

fark that, don't need to take the bumper off. connect ur HID kit all up, and then do a regular bulb change, and then hide ur ballast on that bar connecting the chassis bar to bodywork - much easier

lol i thought i'd be cool like everyone else and do it.
I've also got hid kit for my fogs as well, and i think i have to remove the bumper for that.
=\ fingers are all black, typing on the keyboard. can't go to sleep until i finish this... or else i can't drive the car tomorrow lol
anyone?

Lol xpire we're having the same night. I had a shit 3 hours getting my hands bruised and battered just to replace my vacuum lines:
In the end changed them all back to stock because they got sucked closed on idle.
Lesson? DON'T BUY SHIT FROM AUTOBARN

LOL!
Xpire,
if u want to take ur front bumper off, it takes me 1 minute to take it off
the clips at the top of the black cover in the engine bay,
the clips all under the front bumper in memory they got 8
and the two screw on the edge of the bumper on top of your wheel
just a phillips head.
and pull the edges out and push it forward from the back edge of the bumper
and voila its out!

My H11 hid kit is slightly different to my HB4 kit. There are two spade connectors coming out of the bulb...
I've connected both my fogs and lowbeams the same way, but only the lowbeams work. What am I meant to do with these spade connectors?
Edit:
Got the fogs working, spade connectors were meant to go into the original headlight connections. All done! Ballast locations aren't too great =\ and now i'm too lazy to put my car back together...
