hmmmm... not really... LS/VTEC just means replacing the head and tuning it accordingly. Its definitely cheaper than a complete engine swap but more likely to encounter complications. B20 VTEC is technically an LS/VTEC swap... if u want cheapest power thats probably ur best option.
