Booked into shift tommorow to get the suspension adjusted...It feels terrible atm, I think it's bottomed out and its just hitting the shock rather than the spring.....

Has anyone used Royal Purple Engine Oil for the EP3?

I've used it on the Jazz and it's very good but not very sure how the k20a will respond to it.

Try Motul X-cess 8100 5W40, suitable for winter and track and oil temps are pretty stable, its a little cheaper than royal purple
