    my uncle work for castrol for about 20years now.and told me engine flush(like 20bx nulon etc..) is a gimmic it dosent really do anything like clean engine deposits and blah blah so according to him regualar change oil is the one you need to do

    Totally agree. Frequent engine oil change will get the dirt out just as good or better. Doesn't harm the seals like engine flush.

    I bought 10 OEM washers today...to last the next 3-4 years of oil change
    from Blacktown Honda for $2.20 each!!!! That's a bit effing expensive!!!. I thought i'll get them free.

    check your manual to see approx how much u need
    and check your dipstick throughout when pouring new oil in
    "since we're both asian.. I'll look after you and chuck in King Springs with the wheels and tyres for $1050"

    to create a proper seal, from surfaces that are imperfect
    it is recommended to change it everything time, so it does create the proper seal, and oil doesn't leak.
    cheap insurance i'd say

    There a crush washer. Once its crush once it should be thrown away and replaced with a new crush washer.
