it was 22k, 14k was for the wreck, the rest included the rbc manifold, tuning, toda headers etc, labour didnt end up costing that much i believe

been looking into shock sensored alarms, i found a guy in QLD that does home jobs. got quoted $450.

I don't know about you guys but I've been using the same cheap alarm system for my last 7 cars and they've served me well. I don't know if I'll get it for this car...see how I go after the engine seap

I'm planning to install one because I'm getting annoyed at having to double-check that the car is locked every time...and I want the shock sensors.

Still deciding if I'm gonna do the gearbox as well...but I prefer the 5speed.

Congrats on doing the K20A conversion, but how are you gonna keep the R18A's gearbox, with the K20A's block?

Will a 5 speed k24 gearbox work?... Or one from base model dc5??
U should probably do a full conversion with the k20a gearbox as well

Btw how old is the motor ur getting? Won't there be some legal issues if u place an older engine into a newer chasis?

My car has a K20Z2...

I'm not sure whether there will be any compatibility issues but if it won't work then I'll have to also source a gear box to suit (I'm not a genius when it comes to these things). The engine package was without transmission
