Well the catback is suppose to give you a better flow throughout the exhaust. However, the fd1 and fd2 arent really "sports" cars and dont think you'll notice much difference to be honest. The one i have is for the FD1, im not 100% if itll fit the fd2 though. Ive got a feeling that the fd2 has a different catback from the fd1.

Okay cool, thanks... I'm gonna purchase body kits from OTR tomorrow, and change muffler after that...

Are you from Mlebourne? If yes, can i know where you install ur muffler? Cheers

leave ur car in the sun, or use a hairdryer. and use a fine needle and just pop the bubbles (thats if ur really impatient), cos to be honest, if u just give it some time (maybe am onth or so), if its out in the sun n shit its gna pop by itself
btw for joseph - fd2 has a different catback setup to fd1, however if i remember correctly its just a b-pipe extention thats necessary (pretty simple and cheapish job)
BUT... that could be for the fd2r to fd2 difference.. not 100% sure lol

fd2r and fd2 exhausts are different, they have different hanger locations, bends? im not too sure, forgot

Sorry mate, im from sydney. Mine was just the muffler, my mate did it for me. Doesnt seem that hard though, took like 10-15 minutes. Stig or Xeno could help you for the catback installation i think.

sorry to be a huge noob - what is a CEL - i've been reading about it and don't understand - is it an engine sensor warning or something?
