i dnt get problem 2 step 5 and 6, still unsure bout those steps can u please help ?

5) if u can find those two red circled rubber tubes, they are the drain pipe. they are connected to the chassis, simply unplug them
6) find anything suitable for the job, sth that can be bent but strong enuf to push away the blockage
