Noob question about ES Civic rims

Okay, firstly, I want to say that I've looked through the threads and haven't come across much info on ES Civics so I apologise if I'm double posting. I just bought my mate a set of rims for his ES Civic 2005. The rims are 16", multifit 4 x 100/114.3 with offset +35 and what I think is 7" width.

Does anyone know that will fit on the car? Any need to roll the guards if lowered?

I'm concerned about the width at the front, if he turns the steering wheel, will the wheel/tyre rub against the shocks?

    Thanks!

EDIT: They are 7" width. Not 7.5"

Sweet as, what tyre do specs do you use? Need anything else to make it fit on? Like wheels spacers etc.

should stick to factory wheel diameter which is 185/70/14, so a 205/50/16 tyre should keep your speedo accurate.
