hey guys, did you guys find any change in fuel consumption after installing the injen CAI? my consumption reads 10.7L/100km on the trip computer, which is the same prior to injen installation, but it seems like the fuel gauge is dropping quicker than it used to.. maybe its just me
Installed it last night couldn't wait till the weekend.
Took me about 4 hours to install having never previously done anything like this.
Installation all parts fitted well bit of jiggling here and there but everything lined up so I'm guessing maybe OP was sent the wrong item..
Anyway took it for a quick spin and WOW absolutely love it you can actully feel the added power and torque and let's not forget about the great rawr it unleashes make the car alot more fun to drive
Will post some pics up soon !
maybe the after installing the injen its giving you a heavy foot ;]
Oh so true But to be honest, I never really noticed a difference in fuel consumption even though I like to hear the Injen everywhere I go :P

I don't think this mod allows for driving through water much deeper than 15cm (lol). I am glad these things are now manufactured for cars. 30 years ago, I hand made one for my Escort RS2000. I think I invented the idea (lol) after seeing the first cars with mass produced fuel injection systems. I was fascinated by the fancy intake systems and decided to do one for my non-fuel injected car (for those that know what those were).
