Ive got neons o my daily,....
Blue and Red together, don't get them as you'll get yourself in big shit, don't get flashing neons either...
They are purely legal to have on your car aslong as the tube and wiring is not showing BUT they can't be on whilst driving etc... not that i ever gave a shit lol...

A true car enthusiast appreciates the time, effort and money put into ANY sort of car, modified in ANY sort of style, whether they may like it or not.
i had neons for a while never once got done just avoid flying over speed humps with gym junkies in ur car.. they scrape and brake.
LED's are good because if it cracks still works the coldcathodes (forgot the name) (the normal neons) they brake instantly.
Cops go easy on Neons because it isnt a performance issue its like a HID kit there illegal its aftermarket but half the people have them here when they are actually quite useless as a yellow bulb is actually much more stronger especially in fog or rain lol.
Are u talking about outside neons or interior ones?
Interior is nice but i personally find pointless u get over it.
Outside ones look great, long as its done nicely. I had them for a while eventually one broke in 2 pieces the other had jst 2 many damages in it, and then it jst looked silly with 2 fully working and 1 semi working lol.
As someone said avoid FLASHING ONES then ull cop it.
Standard neons is a light thing nothing major. cops will **** u up if they want to not because its super illegal i been seen and caught how many times they didnt do nothing they just say try not to drive with them on only when its parked its ok.
