i got my bottom and top to light up but when i step on the brake they dont light up brighter they stay the same and even when the lights are off and i step on the brake nothing lights up what do i need to doo?? PLEASE HELPP
good stuff,
but its very hard to cut a hole there.. i don't have the hot blade.
anyway, where do you guys get the bulb holders and bulbs ?? i can't find it in supercheap. lol
conected black with black, green with red, and red with green.
What happens if u connect all the wires with the same colour?? Black with black, Red with Red, Green with Green.......... cause its still works........
i'm guessing it's positive switched
so the ground is common and i'm guessing they're dual elements
so if you connect up the same colours to each other both lights will do exactly the same
if you switch it around it'll just do the opposite
I.e. top bright/bottom low, top low/bottom high

Repco, they are behind the spare parts counter now $3 each
I did mine today, best to have a hole saw, a dremel, liquid paper, electrical tape and a wire stripper...
nicework guys! its a good idea to test the wires before you solder them, i remember when i did this i got one taillight round the wrong way, so the parkers came on when i pressed the brake LOL! re-doing it is annoying, better to get it right the first time
