hi mate, you should indeed replace the tie rod end boots because if not the tie rod itself will be exposed to dirt and weather, if the tie rod end boot is worn out you dont need to replace the whole tie rod, you can just replace the tie rod end boots. and im pretty sure you can just buy universal boots for cheap online.
Please +1 REP me if i post something remotely helpful.

Hi mate, before it was very noisy when i drove over a pot hole, but it was because of the cracked front engine mount, fixed it and it is ok now.

well i dont live in sydney, but pretty much any suspension specialist should be able to install this for you and even source the tie rod end boots for you also.

Yea in terms of ep3 tie rod ends, Honda australia has 1 in stock and will have to order another one from japan...You're looking at atleast 4 weeks for that to come in.
Otherwise you can go aftermarket j's racing tie rods or t1r, aftermarket though is fairly limited, only go aftermarket also if you have plans to lower your car. Otherwise stick to oem.
Ep3 shares tie rods with the em2, eu3 and crv apparently.
