I encountered my first episode of that dredded vibration noise when driving in heavy rain last night... I'm glad I read about it briefly a few mths before I purchased the car... Or else I be scratching my head trying to figure out what the heck it was!!!
I did a bit of light reading last night, couldn't really find any posts with a solution to the problem other than bending the heat shield on the exhaust or adding extrators.

does ur car sound like a tractor, v8, a big deep drone noise ?? I use to have this problem when i had my stock header butted up to my aftermarket cat back. Read that alot of owners of dc5r and s had the same problem and when they changed their header the problem went away. Later on down the track i finally upgraded my header and i havent once had the problem arise.
Rep point right there! It squeaked afew times but that's about it.
The squeaks can come from 2 parts. The clutch release bearing and/or the fork pivot. My mechanic told me it ain't a serious problem.
My mech reduced a bit of squeak noises by greasing up the fork pivot (But tight to reach given there isn't much room to get to the clutch slave cylinder.)

I had this noise 2days ago when it was wet. Lasted for 10seconds only though. Maybe my engine mounts are starting to go?

did the vibration noise sound and felt like your manifold or exhaust has come loose and is dragging on the ground? i get this vibration noise once in a while too

I ve got this while there was heavy rain too! still could not figure out where the problem is, 2 times already, only happened on heavy rainy day. sounds like the exhaust was dragging on the ground and hitting something.
