dam..... just spend 3 hours giving the outside of the car a good clean. Washed twice, waxed, applied a new coat of rainex on the windscreen, polished my headlights aswell as my visors and now the weather report is saying its raining 2moro.

FAIL ! !

I was planning on washing my car tonight but I guess I'll hold off till the weekend.

....HAHAHAHAHAH can one of you guys help me sand the crust off my headlights so i can polish it to look brand spanking new im a noob.

that yellow crusty look is that what ur talking about ?? what i use is this product called plastic x. I put it on a applicator pad and just keep rubbing. Sometimes i rub for 5 minutes or so till all that yellow crust and yucky fade look gets polished out, then i get a microfibre towel and buff it. And then its shinny for a week or 2 untill the sun destroys it again

well i got my finger and scratched at it and now its scratched =( so fail

Scratch X cuts a little deeper than Swirl/PlastX. I use that on my headlights then wax it, they have been pretty good ever since (~1 year)

Oh cools never thought of using scratch x just saved me 15bucks.

Steve n johno, where did you guys get the rain guards for the windows from?
Looked at autobarn and the ones there don't seem to fit.
Any good places you guys rec?

LOL....autobarn! JDM Yard had them buddy....around $275 or so....
