pioneer HU- CD not ejecting

hey guys

i got a pioneer DEH 8650mp, just installed it and i cant take the CD out of it
the CD plays with no problems, but when i try to eject the CD the HU flips open without a problem except the CD doesnt come out...

i had the HU installed in my old car and it had no problems...

can anyone help?
